Creator economy payment start-up Mozaic has started receiving investment for a new, pre-Series A funding round, with the ambition to raise $5.5 million in total.

The company, previously known as Jammber, said it had received funds "from some of the best-respected names in the music industry, including major players from Nashville," including Joe Galante, former chairman and CEO of Sony Music Nashville, and music manager Chris Parr of Maverick Management Nashville.
